Hello all,
I am enjoying reading the 26 Fairmount Avenue series with you! Tomie was such a character when he was a little boy. One of the funniest events we read about so far was when him and Nana Upstairs both made a mess in their pants from the laxatives. The first time I read that I laughed out loud. I know you all liked that part too because you laughed when you heard it. What are some of the other things Tomie told us about his life that you thought were funny, or that you enjoyed reading about?

We are learning about an interesting author, and character. Tomie De Paola tells us all about his life in the 26 Fairmont Avenue series. Each book tells about the events that occur while his family waits for something important to happen. Tomie was quite an artist, and his family was always there for one another. What is something interesting you learned about Tomie so far?
